I am convinced that companies often underestimate this aspect, which is actually very important for improving the work performance of employees and for the success of the company itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Since you have been with the company, what is the project you have worked on that best represents the spirit of the company?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>My role in Eurosets does not involve the development of products, but I must say that the project that most involved the \u201cHuman Resources\u201d team is ECMOLife.<br>In fact, this device is linked to a one-of-a-kind experience: Saida, a patient saved and kept alive by our device, who then became one of our employees.<br>I think this represents the spirit of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What does our belief &#8216;Every Life Matters&#8217; represent for you?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEvery Life Matters\u201d for me represents the spirit that the Human Resources Team must have to carry out its mission: every single person within the company contributes to the success of Eurosets, bringing its added value.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":5775,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":true,"slim_seo":{"title":"Sabrina Calabrese - Eurosets","description":"What impressed you about Eurosets and what would you tell someone who doesn't know the company?
